Scott’s Bio
Scott’s Bio

Scott has always had an artistic background, beginning in school with sketching and moving on to canvas painting with oils and then on to being a successful photographer at a young age which lead him into the graphic design business.
He has also designed many web sites over the years as well as many types of printed materials from the common to the extreme. Scott enjoys designing for the music industry. He loves putting together the packaging designs for CD singles and CD albums.
Scott loves music and has always pursued it for both business and for fun. He was a “regular” dancer on the hit TV show Dance Party U.S.A.(IMDB). While on the show he met and was introduced to many popular recording artists, which fueled his passion for the business. During his time on the show, Scott took a job as a buyer for the dance music department at a local popular music store. This is where he made his important contacts in the music industry.
In addition to his music career, he started out designing print ads, marketing materials, newspapers ads and magazines as well as invitations, brochures, flyers, post cards etc. He then started designing web sites for a local company in New York. The sites he designed were for a wide range clients including, Rickel Home Centers, financial businesses, fabric companies and small independent businesses.
His biggest success was landing the title of Art Director at Cetacean Records. Scott designed all of their print material and was their web master as well as being the A&R for the label. Through his contacts from the music store and through the record label, he landed projects for celebrity RuPaul (RuCo inc.) Record labels Music Plant, ACT 2 Records, Xtreme Records, Recording artists Lisette Melendez, David Hodo (of the Village People), Pepper MaShay, Rachel Panay, talent agency Nene Musik, PG Digital Imaging, VIP-Media, The NJ Dining Guide, and many others in addition to his freelance endeavors.
Scott continues to design for many companies and individuals. If you would like Scott to design something for you he may be contacted at: sjamgraphics@aol.com
